Let’s talk about the power of soft.
Not "soft" as in fragile. Not "soft" as in timid.
I mean soft like resilient, like empathetic, like humble enough to keep learning even when you’re the one in charge.
For so long, we’ve been sold this image of strength: loud, dominant, endlessly hustling. The kind of strength that takes up space just because it can.
But I’ve learned something different the hard way—through layoffs, rejections, pivots, and a whole lot of self-reflection:
Soft doesn’t mean weak. It means human. And human scales.
